The Intermarket Agency Network (IAN) regional conferences aren’t just industry meetups, they’re opportunities to spark ideas, ignite creativity, and create connections that last. For the Fall 2024 conference, hosted in Santa Fe, New Mexico, the mission was clear: design an experience that hits hard from the moment attendees arrive and keeps the energy alive throughout every session, conversation, and interaction.

For the Southwest conference, Bring the Sting brought bold energy from the first moment. Guests stepped into a world defined by a fierce New Mexican scorpion, wrapped in earthy desert tones and fiery Hatch chile accents. The concept wasn’t just a visual statement — it echoed through conversations, activations, and even the merchandise. Raw. Intentional. Uncompromising. Every detail was designed to challenge, inspire, and create connections that lasted long after the conference ended.
